Program Highlights 

• Our cartridge supplier has manufactured toner since 1980. They have chemists on staff with the ability to test cartridge parameters not available to the vast majority of companies selling these products. This is a distinct quality advantage, as very few companies actually manufacture toner.

• The Quality of a Compatible Cartridge vs. Remanufactured vs. Re-Cycled. All TSBM cartridges are compatible. A large percentage of users have been “burned” by poor quality cartridges in the past. They need to be aware that our supplier utilizes new components, print tests EVERY cartridge before shipping and is NOT a recycled or remanufactured product. Stress cost savings, and the risk free nature of our program (see next bullet regarding warranty).

• Our supplier warranty is the most comprehensive in the industry, covering the cartridge and the printer components in your customer’s printers (see paragraph 4 in our warranty statement). Our program offers a completely “risk free”, cost saving alternative to the more expensive OEM branded products. A copy of the guarantee is included in each box.

• All of our supplier cartridges are produced with new components. Only new long life drums are used in our entire cartridge offering. A complete list of the new components replaced can be provided at your request.
  

• Every TSBM cartridge is print tested before shipping. During this quality stage, multiple graphic test pages are run to insure the density, clarity and yield of each specific cartridge. A sample of one test page is included in each box.

• A UPS ARS label is included in each box, allowing your customers to re-cycle empty cartridges free of charge. Empty cartridges are never required.
  

• All cartridges produced by our supplier are guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM specifications and performance, in print quality and page yield.
